Terms of Service.

1. Who we are
Slow Mondays (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by Brandon Wong, based in Vancouver, Canada. We provide a weekly marketing subscription service for independent cafés and small restaurants. By signing up for an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Each week, we prepare a package of marketing content — typically social posts, printable materials, a Google Business post, and a review-reply draft — and deliver it to you through the Slow Mondays dashboard and (optionally) by email. Packages are prepared using a combination of our own editorial judgement and AI tooling. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before you post it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. If you share access with staff, you remain responsible for their use of the service.
4. Billing + trials
Slow Mondays is billed monthly. The base plan is $20 CAD/month, with an optional done-for-you posting add-on for an additional $5 CAD/month. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial during which you may cancel at no charge. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Taxes, if any, are included in the price you see.
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer refunds for partial months of service.
5. Your content + ours
You own the information you share with us about your business (menus, photos, voice notes, etc.) and the finished content you approve and post under your own name. You grant us a limited license to use that information to prepare and deliver your weekly packages, and to showcase completed work as examples in marketing (with attribution removed on request).
The underlying tooling, prompts, and templates we use to produce packages remain ours.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use Slow Mondays to produce content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse or pause service if we believe, in good faith, that use of the service crosses those lines.
7. Warranties + liability
We do our best, but the service is provided “as is.” AI-generated drafts can occasionally contain errors or claims that don’t match your business — that’s why you approve everything before it goes out. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. When we change the terms materially, we’ll note the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, flag the change by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
